Responsibility for all non-aviation commercial income at Bali Airport.
Development of all non-aviation commercial strategy, including retail, food & beverage, CIP lounges, and onward travel.

Implemented the full commercial tenders for the new international and domestic terminals and advertising sales business partners

Managing 50 strong commercial team covering all commercial aspects – strategy, project delivery, finance, and commercial operations.

Responsible for managing and maintaining relationship with Operator of Bali Airport (Angkasa Pura 1).
Delivered in excess of USD100m per annum commercial income for 20 million passenger airport - significantly ahead of budget and in excess of 10 times previous income levels .
Key role responsibilities included: stakeholder management, developing Business Partner relationships, developing skills and experience of GVK and AP1 teams, P&L responsibility, ensuring delivery of new projects to enhance revenue and increase passenger satisfaction ratings.
